Easy and tasty no-knead bread from Omnia.
You know the feeling: you're off-grid in your van in a lovely spot, and you really don't want to leave, but alas, the bread is gone. Instead of packing everything up again and going shopping, risking another van being in that same spot with a sea view, you just make yourself some fresh bread, right?
The tastiest no-knead bread is made in your campervan! All you need is time (but you're traveling, so you have that), a large bowl, a set of measuring spoons (or a good guess), and your Omnia, of course. Spending five minutes making dough in the evening means starting your day with the smell of freshly baked bread!

ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 + 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 + 5/8 cups water

- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon until you get a sticky dough.
- Cover with a damp kitchen towel and let it rise for at least 12 hours.
- Remove the dough from the bowl, fold it in half a few times, and shape it into a shape that fits in your Omnia.
- Dust the Omnia baking tin with flour and place the dough in it.
- Let it rest for about another two hours in the Omnia.
- Place the Omnia on the stove and bake the bread for about half an hour. Prick it with a fork to check if it's done. Depending on your heat source, it may take a little longer or shorter.
